• IDEAL: online payment via ABN AMRO, Fortis, ING Bank, Friesland Bank, Rabobank, ASN Bank and SNS Bank. No additional costs are charged for these online payments.
• PayPal: pay directly and online via PayPal. You will need to have a PayPal account. Your payment will then be authorised online, so you know immediately whether or not it is approved. PayPal can also be used if you want to pay directly using a credit card (Mastercard, Maestro and Visa)
MLLNR looks after proper delivery of the ordered items. MLLNR reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement if the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions. The stated delivery time is an indication, no rights can be derived from this.
Shipment within the Netherlands
Items will be sent via DPD once payment has been received. All orders over € 50 are sent free of charge within the Netherlands. MLLNR is not liable for loss or damage caused by DPD. If you have placed the order online before 3 p.m. on a weekday, your order will generally be delivered the next working day. Orders made and paid at weekends from Fridays after 3 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays, will be delivered on Tuesday.

RETURNS AND/OR COMPLAINTS
We make every effort to inform you about our products on our website using clear photographs. If, nevertheless, an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned. Returns are, however, subject to several conditions.
We ask you to notify us of your complaint as soon as possible, yet no later than within 7 working days. Complaints can only be submitted by e-mail. You can use the e-mail address [email protected] to file a complaint. We will handle your complaint immediately. Complaints filed during the weekend or on working days after 5 p.m. will be processed the next working day.
Processing your return shipment
The registration of your return shipment will be confirmed by us by e-mail. Return shipments must be returned at your own expense. The amount paid for the returned items will be credited/refunded to you if the above criteria have been met.
