MLLNR uses the following general terms and conditions:

Agreement

If the customer orders MLLNR to deliver one or more articles, a legally binding agreement has been established (distance purchase).

Privacy

In order to offer you a good and personal service, we need some information from you. If you register with us, your name, (e-mail) address and telephone number will be stored. This data is only used for services that you have specifically requested, i.e. when you place an order with us or when you adjust your data.

Your personal data will be adopted in the MLLNR customer base. We use your personal data for the execution of the agreement, for conducting responsible customer management, risk management and for marketing purposes. We do not provide data to third parties that affects your privacy.

Delivery

MLLNR ensures correct delivery of the ordered items. MLLNR reserves the right to terminate the purchase agreement if the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions. The set delivery times are an indication; no rights can be derived from this.

Shipment

Items will be shipped via DPD once payment has been received. All orders over € 50 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands. MLLNR is not liable for loss or damage caused by DPD. In addition, we do not deliver outside the Netherlands.

Prices

The prices in our web shop are fixed prices including VAT. They are not subject to negotiation. The prices are stated in euros.

Exchange/Return

If, nevertheless, an item does not meet your expectations, it can be returned. Returns are, however, subject to several conditions. (See returns and/or complaints.)

Newsletter

Through your agreement to the terms and conditions, you give MLLNR permission to inform you about promotions and so on via e-mail newsletters. At the bottom of each newsletter you can unsubscribe directly from receiving new emails from MLLNR.
